Mobile Call Recording for FSA Compliance
Written by Dave Gash and posted on November 16, 2011 | 1 Comment
FSA rules state that from the 14th of November 2011, mobile phone conversations relating to transactions in the equities, bond, derivatives and financial commodity markets must be recorded and stored for a period of 6 months in order to help deter and detect market abuse.
Not all companies regulated by the FSA are compliant as yet, with companies talking to their clients about Mortgage Arrears, Critical Illness Insurance and Personal Protection Insurance being clamped down upon.
We offer a solution with excellent options for premises based and hosted BlackBerry recording, as well as call recording options for iPhones, Andriod Phones, Windows Phones and other smartphones. Our solution covers both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ call recording, with very competitive pricing and it is a solution that can be set up in a short period of time.
If you have not put your mobile call recording solution in place, or if you are not happy with your current solution then please contact us by phone on 0207 553 4488 or contact us online so that we can talk you through you various options.
